My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and a few drawbacks. The rooms were spacious and a great setup for our family, equipped with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed, but unfortunately, our room wasn't made up after the first night. The free breakfast was a nice touch.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic overall. The rooms were large, nicely laid out, and spacious, with clean and comfortable beds and pillows. The staff was super friendly and helpful, but there was a mix-up with accommodations for some in my group. The location was convenient, close to downtown shops and restaurants, as well as outlets in Kittery, ME, but a misadvertisement caused some confusion. The service was very friendly and efficient during check-in, although we were charged for an extra adult. The location was convenient for quick access to nearby attractions but was placed right next to the service closet.
